SECTION 3 — OPEN-BOX PRODUCTS

TV Vault sells open-box televisions and related electronics. Open-box products are previously opened, returned, floor-model, or repackaged goods. They are not new and may show cosmetic imperfections or lack original packaging or accessories.

Open-box products are sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." All sales of open-box products are final. Please review our Return, Refund & Warranty Policy before purchasing.

TV Vault also sells certain new, factory-sealed products as an authorized retailer. New products are covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty and are not subject to the as-is terms applicable to open-box goods.

• An independent third-party warranty company provides and administers the protection plans included with our televisions. TV Vault is not the warrantor and is not responsible for that company's claim decisions or performance. The administrator currently engaged by TV Vault is identified in our Return, Refund & Warranty Policy.
• Independent local delivery companies perform product delivery. These carriers assume care, custody, and control of products upon release from our warehouse. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
